These banana boats are the perfect little treat to enjoy when you're in need of a warm, chocolate fix that melts right to your heart. They could not be more simple! And you can go crazy with all kinds of toppings to add to these boats.
Baked Chocolate Bananas Ingredients
Bananas - Obviously, the main character here. Bananas are sweet and give the shell to this recipe!
Chocolate - We use dark chocolate as it perfectly combines its bitterness with the sweetness of the bananas.
Peanut Butter - Peanut butter gives this all an earthy, smooth and full taste. However, you can get creative and swap with any nut or seed butter you want, like tahini or cashew butter for instance.
Baked Chocolate Bananas Tips
Baking - Look for a tray or some form to keep the banana boats upright, so they don't fall to the sides and everything stays in its place.
