This overnight oat recipe is creamy, has popping flavor and combines your usual morning coffee with your breakfast all together. I believe any banana or coffee fan would absolutely adore this combination. However, I am not that person, although I love coffee I can’t say the same about bananas. Whereas my sisters looove bananas in their oatmeal & therefore this recipe, for my taste, bananas are great for baked goods or as an ice cream but not necessarily in overnight oats. That being said, we tried this recipe after we have experimented with a few new overnight oat combinations and this one just needed to be tried. So I hope you will give this unique combination a try and are more on the banana-lover side!
Coffee Banana Overnight Oats
To make this overnight oat recipe you need to have some ingredients for the base; oats and plant-based milk. Then, you can add-in these ingredients;
Bananas - They will make your overnight oats creamy and add some additional sweetness.
Ground Coffee - We add about 1 tsp ground coffee to this overnight recipe so it not only tastes like coffee but also adds some texture.
Plant-Based Yogurt - Add in some yogurt and your breakfast will be fresher and richer. However, feel free to use any plant-based yogurt you would prefer.
Chia Seeds - They thicken in the refrigerator overnight and bind all the ingredients.
Coffee Banana Overnight Oats
