Cilantro Dip

This is a light, slightly creamy but thin dipping sauce ideal for any kind of patties, fries, pakoras, bread, etc. And the simplest recipe ever!

Cilantro Dip Ingredients

  • Spinach - Spinach allows this dip to be slightly creamy, adds many nutrients and a great taste, and is almost everywhere to get.

  • Cilantro - I just love, love, love the taste of fresh coriander, a little lemony plus a hint of parsley.

  • Olive Oil - Olive oil is delicious on its own, but combined with the rest of the dip ingredients, it's simply heavenly.

Cilantro Dip Tips

  • Texture - Add 1 tablespoon of water to the sauce if you want a thinner sauce, vice versa, if you want a thicker sauce just reduce the amount of water.

  • Serve - Try this with our Quinoa Patties


Easy - 2-3 servings - 5 minutes 
  • 1 cup Spinach

  • 1 cup Cilantro

  • ¼ cup Water

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • Squeeze of Lemon

  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or simply with an immersion blender until well combined and smooth.

  2. Serve it with one of your favorite dishes, enjoy!
