Tahini has always been one of my favorite sauces, dressings and dips. It goes perfectly with grains like quinoa, falafel or in bowls. However, its rich, nutty flavor also pairs well with sweet desserts like cookies or even chocolate. And that's why this post exists. Making chocolate tahini is so easy and so delicious and all you need are 3 ingredients!
Chocolate Tahini Ingredients
Tahini - It’s texture is just like loose nut butter.
Cacao Powder - Use organic, rich cacao powder to get a nice chocolaty flavor.
Powdered Pure Cane Sugar - This gives it a slightly sweet taste.
Chocolate Tahini Tips
Well Mixed Tahini - Be sure to stir your tahini properly, as the oil will separate during storage.
Storing - If you don't want to eat it all right away, this chocolate tahini is best stored in the pantry for easy drizzle or in the fridge if you prefer a glaze-like texture.
Ingredients
Easy - approx. 1/2 cup - 10 minutes
½ cup Organic Tahini
6-7 tbsp Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Once you have measured out all the ingredients, mix them together in a small bowl until properly combined.
You can now use this chocolate tahini as a sweet spread, incorporate it into baked goods or eat it with some fruit.
