I have never really liked frostings on muffins or cakes. They were always too sweet or too much in general. But this frosting is so good! You can literally make this frosting in no time and either eat it on top of any baked goods you like or just eat it as it is. So enjoy!
2 Ingredient Chocolate Frosting Ingredients
Chocolate - Dark chocolate is highly recommended as it is not only easy to melt in the microwave but also tastes the best;).
Vegan Yogurt - We use the unsweetened almond yogurt from Silk and it works out great in this recipe (no advertisement! just our own preference here).
2 Ingredient Chocolate Frosting Tips
Melt The Dark Chocolate - We recommend using dark chocolate as it is the easiest chocolate type to microwave (the higher the percentage of cocoa butter and fat).
Storage - You can keep this frosting in the fridge for about three days, but you shouldn't keep it longer. It's best to eat right away though!
Ingredients
Easy - approx. 1/2 cup - 10 minutes
½ cup Dark Chocolate, melted
2 tbsp Vegan Silk Yogurt
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a jar.
Once ready, mix-in the yogurt and stir for a few seconds.
